I’VE LOST MY ARM BAND! WHAT DO I DO?

Please see our Registrations team at the Helpdesk.

WHEN ARE THE RESOURCE CENTRES & SISTERHOOD ZONES OPEN?

The doors to the foyer open approximately 1 hour before the start of each day. The Resource and Colour Memories points and Sisterhood Zones are open from then.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST ATM?

You can find an ATM in the lower foyer area. Please note our Registrations team is unable to accept any personal cheques as payment during Colour Conference. Credit cards and chip and pin facilities are available.

WHERE IS LOST PROPERTY?

Visit the Wembley Reception Desk in the main foyer and they will be able to help you with your lost property enquiry.

IS THERE A PLACE AT COLOUR WHERE I COULD STORE MY LUGGAGE/SUITCASE?

Cloakroom facilities are available in the venue for a small cost. Please ask one of our friendly hosts to assist you.

WHAT PUBLIC TRANSPORT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO GET TO CONFERENCE EACH DAY?

You can take the Metropolitan Line to Wembley Park. It is a 10 minute walk or you can then catch the 83, 182 or 223 bus from bus stop D to Wembley Arena. Alternatively, you can take the bakerloo Line or the London Overground to Wembley Central and the catch the 83, 182 or 223 from bus stop CM to Wembley Arena.

DO YOU HAVE FIRST AID FACILITIES?

Yes – Visit the Information Point on the ground floor or speak to one of our volunteers and they will happily give you directions.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Look for the Green car park. There is ample parking for those wishing to drive to Wembley Arena. Parking can be pre-booked for a discounted price of £10 + booking fee, go to www.wembleyofficialparking.com/search

HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF THE COLOUR CONFERENCE SESSION RECORDINGS?

You can grab copies of the Colour Conference Sessions from Resource up on Level 2. You can also pre-order the Colour Conference Pack and pick it up on Saturday night.

ARE THERE INTERNET FACILITIES AVAILABLE?

Unfortunately, we do not have Internet facilities at Wembley Arena, but there is free Wi-Fi available at surrounding café’s.

IT’S RAINING! WHAT DO WE DO?

A little bit of rain never hurt anyone (£2 ponchos will be available at our Information Desks located in the lower the foyer).

HOW DO I BECOME A COLOUR CONFERENCE GROUP LEADER?

Come to the Groups Info Session to find out more or visit the Colour Conference Twenty-15 stand in the lower foyer and pick up an info pack. Groups are 10 or more delegates who book together with a Group Leader and the benefits include group seating, discounted tickets, extended offers and much more.
